Taking 14 months to complete, Langs House is split across two buildings: a tower with roof deck, master suite, and authentic sauna, and a main house with media rooms, open-plan living, and wraparound decks. Every detail was considered to elevate both lifestyle and landscape.
Langs House was designed not just as a home, but as an architectural landmark overlooking Langs Beach. From thermally treated timber tiles to glass balustrades and covered decks, every element reflects detail, craftsmanship, and client vision. Recognized with Regional Gold and Top 100 at the 2025 Master Builders Awards, it stands as one of NF Construction's proudest achievements to date.
