Hi, I’m Nic Foster, Director of NF Construction.
I started working for a developer in Auckland for about 10 years. Then, my wife and I decided to move up to Mangawhai Heads, where NF Construction was born. We began by building our own project houses, designing, building, and then selling them.
My wife and I both live and breathe architecture. The great thing about doing our own builds is that we've been able to trial what works and what doesn’t, giving us unique experience.
Throughout our time building, we have won multiple awards for our projects, constructing houses to a standard that we are comfortable living in ourselves. You can follow us throughout the entire project via our project management software to ensure everything is as you wanted. We also offer a 10-year Master Build guarantee and a 12-month settling-in defect liability period in case anything goes wrong.
